Se retrouver dans une ambiance conviviale et d\u00e9tendue pour, d’une part, s’informer et apprendre sur le chocolat, son origine, sa fabrication mais aussi son histoire, sa g\u00e9ographie et ses utilisations gastronomiques.<\/p>\n

Et, d’autre part, d\u00e9couvrir les gourmandises de chocolatiers \u00e9tablis ou de nouveaux arrivants sur le march\u00e9, que ce soit en France ou dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n
